Is the Campaign Effective?

Yes.

Serve conducted a national survey of 2,004 demographically representative U.S. adults aged 35-64. Across the general population, perceptions of the value of higher education improved after exposure to the campaign. Results were especially promising among two groups who have been the most skeptical regarding the value of college: rural Americans and those without college degrees.
